Payment terms

For distributors:

Deposit 50% of the order value right after signing the contract.
Pay 50% of the remaining order value immediately after delivery.

For wholesale customers:

Small and odd orders: Pay immediately after delivery with orders below 5 million
For orders larger than 5 million VND:
Payment transfer 50% of the order value, immediately after order confirmation
Payment of 50% of the remaining order value immediately after delivery
Payments

Cash payment:

You can pay the shipper or salesperson of F5B. Note, only pay when there is a receipt from F5B.
If the delivery location is Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City, and the payment and order value is less than 5 million, we will collect the money immediately upon delivery without a deposit.

Payment transfer via bank, internet banking

Customers buy transfer products and services into the following account:

Note: After payment by bank transfer or online payment, customers should contact F5B customer service at the contact information as below to notify you that you have made the payment. does the payment. F5B will check your account and hand over the product to you.
